- You will be given a form to fill out that is linked to your inquiry. Here you must enter your username (which is automatically filled in), email, phone number, device, friend’s username (only one), when did you encounter the issue, how long was your Snapstreak before it expired, did you see the sand clock icon, and any other information that the team should be aware of. Make sure you submit the correct information below, stating that the cause was real.
- When you’ve finished filling out the form, click Send.
