Lindsie Chrisley Finalizes Divorce From Will Campbell

The divorce between Lindsie Chrisley and Will Campbell is over, about three months after the news first came out.

PEOPLE got a copy of the divorce agreement, which says that the former Chrisley Knows Best star, who is 32, and her ex, who is 31, have already sold or divided their assets, including their Georgia home, and are now living in separate homes.

The document, which was filed on September 8, also says that the couple has agreed to share custody of their 8-year-old son Jackson, but there is no agreement about alimony or spousal support.

Lindsie and Campbell started dating in 2009, and three years later, in 2012, they decided to run away together.

After nine years of marriage, Lindsie said they were getting divorced in July. In an Instagram post at the time, she said that they “mutually decided” that ending their marriage was the best thing for their family.

In the caption, the Coffee Convos podcast host said, “When one door closes, another one opens.” “Will and I have decided to end our marriage after 9 years of being together. We are both very sad about this. We love and respect each other very much, and we’re so glad we get to spend time together. We will keep being friends and loving parents to our son, whom we both adore.”

She went on, “Since I’m moving this week, I’m looking forward to new starts and clean space. Thank you ahead of time for giving us privacy while our family goes through this hard time. ❤️⁣”

Shortly after announcing the divorce, Lindsie found out that her estranged father Todd Chrisley, who had blocked her on social media, had posted a message on Instagram that said: “Here I am. I love you. I know everything that’s going on in your life right now, and I’m working it all out for your good, my child.”

“Nothing you can do or have done will ever make me love you less,” the 52-year-old head of the family said. “I will protect you from anything and anyone who tries to hurt you or your reputation.”

Then, Lindsie talked about what he said on her podcast. “I have a lot of feelings about this, but part of my growth is that I need to work through those feelings before I talk about them. As we’ve talked about here before, disengagement has been a part of my homework and therapy for a while now,” she said.

⁣Around the same time, Todd told PeopleTV‘s Reality Check that Lindsie sent him a text message a few weeks ago asking if they could meet with their lawyers present.

“And I’m not interested in that,” he said, pointing out that she left Chrisley Knows Best in 2017 and then hurt the family with her actions and words.
