Queen Sugar is an American drama TV show that was created by Ava DuVernay. Oprah Winfrey is also an executive producer on the show. The show is based on the 2014 book of the same name by American writer Natalie Baszile.

The seventh and final season of Queen Sugar will start this week. The second episode of the season will air on OWN on September 13, 2022, at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

The last season ended happily when Sam Landry’s shady plan to blackmail someone didn’t work. In the next season, viewers may expect to learn more about Hollywood and Vi, and they may also hope that the Bordelon plot will be resolved.

The third season has a total of thirteen episodes. The official trailer for the seventh season came out on August 29, 2022. Queen Sugar Cast for Season 7

On the show Queen Sugar, Rutina Wesley plays Nova Bordelon, the oldest child in the Bordelon family. Critics have liked what Wesley has done on the show over the course of all six seasons. For her work on the show, she has won and been nominated for a number of awards and nominations, including a Black Reel Award and an NAACP Image Award.

What will be the plot for Season 7 of Queen Sugar?

Even though there isn’t yet an official summary for season 7, we can tell from the end of season 6 that there are a lot of storylines to explore in the next episodes. For example, watching Nova and Dominic (McKinley Freeman), the new couple, should be a lot of fun. In season 6, there was a lot of talk about how the two would end up together, so it will be interesting to see what happens next. The members of the Bordelon family are very close. Will Dominic be able to fit in, or will he be too much?

Ralph Angel and Darla’s baby girl, who was born last season, should be an interesting change for the couple, especially since they have been having trouble paying their bills lately. Ralph Angel’s crops were poisoned last year, and his farm is now a historical site, so there are a lot of questions about how this will affect his career in the future.
