Amendola played a total of 163 games with 76 starts for the St. Louis Rams, Patriots, Miami Dolphins, Detroit Lions, and Texans. He also has 617 career grabs for 6,212 receiving yards and 24 touchdowns. 11,761 total yards were his career total for all purposes.

The 2017 season saw him perform at his best during his final postseason run with the Patriots.
