A source tells Page Six that it’s not so surprising that the “Kardashians” star is dating Rod Stewart’s daughter Kimberly Stewart again.
“It’s not that surprising that she’d take him back,” says a person in the know. “He had to go back to his roots because the Kardashians don’t give him the stability they used to. This was a simple way to get in.”
Kimberly, who is 43, and Disick, who is 39, met through her brother, Sean Stewart, who is a good friend of Disick’s and also her brother. Kimberly put the founder of Talentless in touch with Kourtney Kardashian, who is a friend of hers.
Around 2007, Disick and Kimberly started hanging out as friends, but they didn’t become more than friends until 2015, when he and Kardashian broke up. Disick and Kimberly were often seen in photos together, but at the time, a rep for the “Stewarts & Hamiltons” star said that they were not dating.
