Felix “xQc” Lengyel, a Twitch star, said that he and Adept broke up again. He said that he had to choose between the relationship and his family.
While they were together, the Twitch couple was a fan favorite. But xQc first said that Adept was his roommate and not his girlfriend.

When Did Fans First Get To Know That xQc And Adept Were Dating?
Felix Lengyel lived with Adept, who was also a Twitch streamer, for a long time. Fans started to say that they were dating, but they said that wasn’t true and kept calling them roommates. There were plenty of times when they were obvious goof-ups.
As luck would have it, during a live stream of GTA Online on Adept’s channel, xQc came up behind her, hugged her, and then kissed her on the forehead. Apparently, he was unaware that the camera was on which led to his actions, but then there’s whole another camp that believes he did that on purpose.
As soon as xQc left the room, the fans filled the chat with “Just Roommates.” Later, Adept went to her Twitter and said that they were not “Just Roommates.” During a Q&A session in a later stream, she made their relationship official.

Why Did xQc And Adept Introduce Each Other As “Just Roommates” Initially?
Fans have long been asking why xQc and Adept said they were roommates and not a couple. Adept recently said in an Overwatch 2 stream that they didn’t want her personal life to be known to the public.
“As a new couple, what do you do other than say you live together? When you don’t want people all up in your personal life.” The Twitch streamer continued, “So we say we live together, and then eventually it was like my roommate instead of being my boyfriend, my girlfriend, and then chat is responsible for just roommates.”

She went on to say that she had rules to follow. And, they said, they were roommates, but they weren’t “just roommates.” Adept added, “If I hear you tell someone that we are just roommates, we will no longer be roommates or boyfriend and girlfriend.” She also said that at first, xQc didn’t want to be in a relationship. But Adept wanted a serious relationship because she doesn’t “mess with guys.”

xQc Confirms He And Adept Broke Up Again – Why Did They Break Up?
The former Overwatch pro confirmed during his stream that he and Adept had broken up again.
“I love my brother and my family, but he, his girlfriend, Sammy, and I couldn’t all be in the same place at the same time. We couldn’t, it’s not possible,” said xQc. “There was friction when I was at my brother’s house and there was friction when we all got here, it was just very strange.”
The Twitch star said that things got even worse when his brother moved in with him before he went back to Canada. They tried to make up, but it didn’t work out. “I thought I had to make a decision. I was put in a position where I had to choose between my family and Sammy, and unfortunately, I chose my family. It was my fault, but that’s what happened,” he said.
