The Little Couples is an American reality show that began on the TLC channel on May 26, 2009. The main characters of the show are business owner Bill Klein and neonatologist Dr. Jennifer Arnold, who both have skeletal dysplasia. They moved out of New York City after Jen finished her residency in pediatrics and her master’s degree in medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Will and Zoey are the children of Bill and Jennifer. Will came home from Hohhot, China, in March 2013. There was a story in Season 5 about how he was adopted. In October of that year, they brought Zoey home from India, where they had adopted her. Bill and Jen’s reality show helped more people learn about their illnesses and made them well-known. Bill is only 4 feet tall because he has a rare kind of skeletal dysplasia called spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia. Jen is 3 feet 2 inches tall and has a rare form of dwarfism called Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia Type Strudwick.
The Little Couple’s last episodes aired in August 2019, and neither TLC nor Jen or Bill have talked about bringing the show back.
