R&B singer Mariah The Scientist has almost confirmed that she is dating rapper Young Thug.
At her concert in May, Mariah the Scientist was seen with a sign that said “Free Young Thug.” This led to rumors that she was dating the jailed rapper.
Even though Young Thug is in jail, he sent a big show of love to his rumored girlfriend Mariah The Scientist.
Mariah tweeted on Monday, August 1, a picture of rose petals and heart-shaped balloons in her hotel room. “Mrs. Sold Out Dates” was written on some of the balloons.
She put “Couldn’t ask for better” as the caption, but one of her fans pointed out that Thugger is now in jail and can’t deliver the gifts himself. The singer replied by putting a note with the words “See you soon, love Jeffrey” written in rose petals on Young Thug’s bed.
Young Thug is still in Cobb County Jail. He will stay there until January, when his RICO trial starts. He was denied bail for the second time in June. Gunna is in the same situation as Thugger and 26 other alleged YSL members who were arrested in May as part of a 56-count indictment in the RICO case.
Young Thug and Mariah had worked together before at an Atlanta concert and in her “Walked In” music video, where they acted like they were married for the cameras.
In the second half of 2021, they were seen hanging out together at different Atlanta nightclubs, and in November of that year, they went to an Atlanta Falcons game together.
People who have talked to or seen Young Thug say he’s happy even though he’s still in jail.
Thug’s sister wrote on Twitter, “Just saw Jeff. He’s all smiles and positive energy.”

Even though his social media use is hurting his RICO case, Young Thug keeps up his Twitter presence by tweeting a picture of his girlfriend Mariah The Scientist.
In their racketeering case, Judge Ural Glanville told Young Thug, Gunna, and the other YSL defendants that they can’t talk to each other at all. But it looks like the rapper doesn’t fully understand the judge’s order or what the prosecution is worried about.
After Michael Phelps and other people read Young Thug’s tweets and Instagram posts, the judge tightened the rules for all of the defendants last month. Thug has asked some harmless questions on Twitter, but both the prosecution and the judge agreed that the rapper’s access to social media is a problem because he might use it for bad things.
Even though Thug has been told to stop, he keeps using social media. This shows that he doesn’t understand what the order means for him.
On Monday, the rapper posted a picture of his girlfriend, Mariah The Scientist, along with a caption that hinted at something. “Yes, send me this picture,” the Tweet said. “I need to do something quickly.”
A fan also sent the rapper a link to a Discord chat, which the rapper then shared. Last month, Thug showed up and said he was talking to his “cellmate,” which suggested that the rapper has access to social media.

Thug’s lawyer said last week that Thug can’t get on social media. The rapper’s lawyer, Brian Steel, said that when police searched the rapper’s cell, they didn’t find a cell phone and the rapper didn’t have a cellmate because he was kept alone.
It’s not clear if someone else has access to the rapper’s social media accounts, but the posts have caused him a lot of trouble because his lawyer doesn’t have much time to figure out the evidence against Thug.
Their social media interactions show that Young Thug and Mariah The Scientist are still together and doing well in their relationship.
